Genuine Jersey Products are our speciality and we grow a variety of crops on site at Fauvic as well as getting a lot form other local suppliers. We grow our own: tomatoes, salads, herbs, strawberries, melons, cucumbers, chilli peppers, radishes, beans, new potatoes and lots more besides!
Holme-Grown bananas, (yes, honestly! ) We have a small number of plants, under glass, that regualrly fruit at the end of the summer.
Whilst we are waiting for the fruit to ripen, the leaves are ideal for wrapping fish before steaming or baking.

And we also grow our own lemons.......,
very large and unwaxed, not much juice but perfect for zest making and we use the leaves as superior Kaffir Lime leaves!

We also bake our own bread, croissants and pain-au-chocolat every morning (come early, they sell quickly!)
When our crops stop, or we don’t have the space to grow other crops we try to obtain as much of our seasonal fruit and vegetables from other local growers.
