How to Order

 

Many items can be ordered online via our secure online system (see Buy Online) but if you have any specific requirements (or do not wish to order online), please contact us as below.

Hampers

Please have an idea of the type and value of the hamper that you require, before you call us to discuss specific content. Please call us at least 24 hours ahead of the required delivery time to enable us to source items and make up your hamper. We reserve the right to substitute items with similar of an equal or higher value at no extra charge if we are unable to source one of your specific requirements.

Cordyline plants

Please give us details of the variety and quantity you require. We will confirm postage costs with you before we send any plants out. (Postage and packing charged at cost only). We recommend delivery of cordylines between April and October.

All others

We are very happy to reserve any food, gift or garden items that you may have seen on a visit, or heard friends talking about, even if it is just a dozen fresh Portuguese rolls for your barbecue on Saturday! Call us and we will put it aside for you. If you want anything delivered, we may need to make a small delivery charge to cover our fuel and time.

Payment

We need at least 24 hours notice for any order, but if you are desperate, tell us and we will see what we can do!

All major ordered items are to be paid for in advance please.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and ask that you telephone us with the details until we have our secure site connection in place. If you wish to email us with you order details that is fine but DO NOT include your card details, we will take these over the telephone, so please include your telephone number on any email that you send us.

If you wish to pay by cheque, please include your cheque guarantee card and telephone numbers on the reverse.
